I've only had it a couple weeks. It will really get the test on Thanksgiving. So far I like it. I have not had a Kitchen Aid stove before..Had a Jenair and a Bosch always liked them, but the package deal is what drew me to this stove, and also the double oven.

We bought this stove on July 1, 2019. Cost $1,499.00. Worked great. The stove had to be moved to install a backsplash, but when we tried, as well as Spencer's TV and Appliance (where we purchased it) the legs broke (cheap plastic legs) and it bent the entire undercarriage of the stove. Wasn't fixable. Contacted Spencer's and of course none of this was covered. We had to purchase another stove for $1799.00. I'm just sick about it.

Great oven, tons of space and flexibility!

This is my first double oven and we love it. Very flexible, tons of cooking room. Only downfall, the porcelain coating on the inside of the top oven started to come off within 3 weeks of owning. KitchenAid provided a warranty replacement with absolutely no hassle.

Two ovens!

We bought this to match our other appliances. We were a bit disappointed that the upper back warped from the light on the microwave shining on it. I have to admit, I like the surface of our other stove better... it is hard to keep this one looking nice. It seems to show the fingerprints etc. The last one was kind of 'speckled' so it hid the 'imperfections'. This one has a few things that didn't really thrill me.

The top surface is so dark that it shows streaks.

not as good as what i replaced

replaced a 19 year old slide in range. Had to have my counter top cut to use this new one. The oven temperature is not calibrated correctly. The top shows every speck of dust. I had a white stove with a black solid top. Do not recall it showing the dust the way this one does. The smaller top oven rack scraps the door when you have it in the lower position and pull it out. I did like having two ovens when I cooked Easter dinner.

Very versatile, cooks perfectly! One drawback - the upper slide out rack in the bottom oven does not have an upturned curve at the back of the rack. When pulling out that rack, baking dishes can slide back, fall behind and crash to the bottom of the oven.

The cooktop is difficult to keep looking nice. I finally bought a cleaning kit, and it looks better. Pretty easy to figure out how to use.Love the two ovens in one. Don't know why everyone does not have one.

I bought this on the 4th of July so the shop was very busy, the sales rep didn't have much time to show me features, so when it was installed I fell in love with everything about this beauty! I make all my guests come look at the beautiful blue enamel insides. The double oven is a dream, the 5 burners have special features like "warm" and single or double burner size option and more. I don't have enough superlatives in my vocabulary to emphasize how much I LOVE this range!!!

Excellent double oven!

I love having the double oven, and it is so nice to use the small oven on the top and not heat up the kitchen as much. I am looking forward to using both ovens during the holidays and just wish I had bought this sooner! The stove is beautiful and easy to clean the cooktop.

Don't buy!

I bought this range a year ago, worked great then all of a sudden the lower oven quit working and the oven light will not shut off! Have to unplug it. Past warranty under kitchenaid surprise there, right. Bought a extended service plan from the retailer, have to wait 3 business days to here from anyone.

I had a different brand for 10 years and no problems at all I bought this range because I loved the idea of a doble oven 3 months after as I was getting ready to start cooking all the burners lit up and made loud boom sound I was 7 months pregnant and the sound made me duck down and cover my head . When the repairman came he said the range was fine he just opened the back of the range and did something. Two years after that incident it happens again but this time the cooktop glass cracked, I called customer service they said I had to pay for the repairman to come and see the range in order for them to see what could of course it and replace the glass. The repairman came just to tell me that by the way the cracks where running it showers that I dropped something in it , and I have to pay for the glass and the replacement . I really had s different opinion on KitchenAid before this because it's really apparent that there is something not working right since the start and they refused to replace the range from the start. This is an expensive appliance and i really expected more responsability from them. I dont recomendable it and for sure in the future I will never buy this brand again.

Doing a retro kitchen remodel, my old range was working and loved so this one had a lot to live up to and it does. It will take some getting used to the larger oven being lower than a typical range but the single upper oven is so worth it. I find myself using it the most, heats quickly. Tested three trays of cookies (on large commercial trays): 1 in upper, 2 racks in bottom oven. Top cooks slightly faster but all 3 came out looking/tasting almost identical. As other reviews have warned, the top rack could scrape the door when pulled out if you're not careful. There is little clearance but having seen warnings about this I just pull up and out when moving the top rack and so far no issues. I use cast iron and all sorts of pots/pans on the glass cooktop and it is holding up just fine, no scratches yet (any of these tops will get marks eventually).
