Refrigerator Freezing Food

I purchased the above refrigerator on 9/1/2014. In the last month, I have thrown out more fruit and vegetables due to freezing than I care to mention. We have the temperature control set at the manufacturer's recommended setting. We have tried moving it one snowflake to the right. That doesn't help either. I just makes the ice cream, etc., soft. What do you feel is our problem and what is your recommendation

Not working at 1.5 years

I bought this for my grandmother in hopes that I wouldn't need to worry about any issues buying a used frig. Here I am now, 1.5 years from purchase and the refrigerator is not cooling. I am assuming it's the blower fan as someone else mentioned.

I guess I'm used to refrigerators lasting a long time without repairs but in my case the blower fan went out at the 2 year mark. It might not be considered a major repair but still it cost me $323 to fix which amounts to roughly 60% of what I paid for the appliance. Hopefully it will last longer without any more repairs otherwise I will probably just try another brand. I'm really not sure if I would recommend this model or not. Time will tell.

I was looking for a refrigerator with a large freezer for my new home. This fit my size and budget requirements nicely. My only complaint is the adjustable shelving does not accommodate large bottles anywhere but the door.

We bought this refrigerator two months ago when our old one quit working. We had to get a color we did not want, because we could not wait for one to be ordered for us in the color we wanted. We wanted a bisque color and we had to get a black one because it was all we could get at the time. It makes the kitchen look a lot smaller and now none of our appliances match. We have a bisque stove and microwave, a white dishwasher, and now a black refrigerator. As far as the features of the refrigerator I love having an automatic ice maker again our had not worked in the old fridge for over 12 years!! The inside is nice the only thing I do not like about it is there are a few areas of wasted space such as right under the meat tray. This refrigerator keeps things really really cold in comparison to our other one. We had it on therecommended setting and the pop in the fridge would have ice chunks in it and we had to turn it down a couple of notches. I love milk ice cold I used to have to put ice in the milk with the old fridge but not with this new one. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS FRIDGE!!!

I am so pleased with so many features of this refrigerator! Meat compartment, vegetable bins, door shelves: all conveniently arranged and good sizes! I like the top freezer also, as it is easy to find my frozen goods. Reason I have a four star rating overall is because the refrigerator runs almost constantly, even when I'm not opening the doors. I'm concerned that this is going to increase our electric bill-------we will have to watch that. I will say that it runs quietly, though almost constantly. I love the black color; it does not show fingerprints.Am glad we bought this model!!!

Great door shelves as well as the crispers. We enjoy the added cu ft without a real increase in the overall size of the unit -- not much larger than the 18.2 cu ft we replaced. We are also very pleased with how quiet it is.
