1. Stove sizes. There should be 4 different sizes. This stove has one too large. Instead, you should reduce the size of the largest one, and increase the other (small one).2. Stainless side bars are not only useless, but became problem when using oversized pan/pot.3. So thick. My previous oven was about 1/3 the thickness of that of Maytag. It is hard to clean when the level is a lot higher than the cabinet top.

I replaced my gas cooktop with this 30" electric cooktop. I am very happy I did. With the speed heat element I can boil water so much faster. It is easy to clean and very sleak looking.

I love my stove top. I had a different brand before this one and it was good but May Tag is by far the best and is beautiful. It makes my kitchen look even nicer.

First cooktop like this. Only problem I had is that the off setting is where my on setting was on my last stovetop, hence have left it on a few times. I love the red dots that let you know that the cooktop is hot, or that it is on. It also cleans well.

Since purchasing this cooktop I have had good results with cooking performance. The power cook elements provide alot of heat and boils water quickly. They are also large and accommodate big pots.The one issue I have is that the glass did discolor(blotches) over the burner the second time I used it, and has reoccurred in other areas.

This cooktop was a much needed improvement in our Kitchen (our old cooktop was 17 years old) and it has been a wonderful update. The Speed Heat feature is amazing especially when I want to brew a cup of tea quickly :) We love our cooktop and would recommend it for an affordable, high Quality, update to any kitchen.

My stove-top features a burner that accommodates various pans, heating only the size needed, and saving energy besides. This is an innovation I'd never heard of before, and I enjoy it very much.Equally important to me is the beauty of my Maytag stove-top .It really spruces up my kitchen, and is easily kept clean.

i do like the white rather than the black that i had, but i much prefer the old burner set_up. I do have eight for dinner very often but basicly cook for only two. When I bought this unit it was with only a picture and not seeing the actual product.

I have had electric stoves with the coils and I have had gas stoves.... you always have trouble keeping the pans looking nice and clean.. but with this stove you have no pans to worry with and it always looks show room perfect.

This is a great product except for cleaning. I can't get it to stop smearing every time I clean it although I haven't tried wiping it with a microfiber cloth yet.Other than that this product has wonderful features. It heats the pots and pans evenly so I don't have to move the food around to different spots. I just wish I had gotten one with the touch controls instead of the knobs. The speed heat element really works great and the large heating element is great for large pots and pans.If the microfiber cloth works I would definitely recommend this.

It does everything I want it to do. I think next time though I will go back to a stand alone combined oven and cook top because the oven I have could be bigger and the stand alone models seem to be bigger, with a drawer underneath for storage....live and learn.

Heats up products very quickly. Clean up around the knobs is bothersome, but typical for this style. Knob location would have been better to the side. Overall a pretty good counter top stove.

While it functions well (especially the quick boil feature), it is the most difficult appliance I've ever had to keep clean. It replaced a white flat cooktop so I had some expectation of the difficulty with spills, etc. It is much worse. I wish I kept the old one or bought a different brand. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The cooktop was easy to install and looks great. The performance has been flawless and it performs as advertised. I see only 2 things I would change and they're both personal preference. I would mount the control knobs on the side of the unit instead of the lower center. The other change would increase the price but it's useful and that would be to mount a double burner at the location of the largest burner and have a small inner burner. The unit doesn't have a small burner.

We shopped several glass cook tops and this one won!! Name Brand item, nice clean look and preforms well. Yes use should use stainless cookware to help maintain the look. If you are a rough handler of cook tops or have teenagers this may not be for you.All glass tops will leave marks the do need a little TLC to keep clean modern look we were after. I would by again!!

Not a good choice if you plan to cook on it very often. Even with nearly new Pampered Chef pots and carefully following the precautions it gets scratches that don't polish out. When we called in our concerns we were politely told that it was our fault and there was nothing that they would do. So everything else in the kitchen looks new and people think we kept an old cooktop around.
