I bought this TV in December and only owned it for six months and the screen went out on it. After three weeks of going back-and-forth with customer service I was finally able to get it fixed. But right now I have no faith in the At all. Im just waiting to see how much longer its gonna last before it dies again.

I bought this TV in December and am not happy with its streaming/AirPlay capability sometimes it works sometimes not. Customer Service keeps trying to put me off and not come out to look and the TV and potentially replace it. I would not buy one again.

We were using a 50 inches 4K TV and wanted to upgrade it for a while found this TV at the right timing. The TV has lot of built in features such as built in Google smart assistant Alexa and screen mirroring through phone both iPhone and Android. TV has great audio we have a separate LG sound bar but this unit audio is great quality as is and video clarity. TV was really easy to unpack setup and use. I would highly recommend this TV for anyone upgrading to 65 inches 4K series. Note: I got this TV at a discounted price for my honest feedback.

After researching numerous makes and models settled on the LG NanoCell. My reseach paid off. Its everything detailed in LGs marketing promotions technical data etc. Picture clarity is amazing images pop right off the screen. All available options are easy to access and easy to use. Superior models may surpass the LG NanoCell but for the difference in price I cant imagine what more you would gain. The LG NanoCell is a definite winner as far as my viewing pleasure is concerned.

I LOVE how clear the picture is and how easy it is to navigate through the different apps. It definitely makes a difference with all of my other devices. I like the TV its better than what I had however the ergonomics of the remote are off center. The notch in the bottom of the remote puts your thumb out of position with the enter button which is used most often. The remote needs to be re-engineered.
