Tv OS Slow and not much options to add application

Slow and not much options to add application or no option to store tv settings sound bar from same lg companies not saving setting Amazon photo not working or Alexa dont show activity on camera on this tv. Every time to restart lost all pictures sound and sound bar settings fire stick not compatible with tv remote lost connectivity. Not good for gaming.

Audio problem

I recently purchased this product for around $2000.00 and in a very short time the audio had an echo at times. Ive contacted customer service to get the problem fixed without success. It was very hard to understand the agents who did remote tests but solved nothing. Both times I asked for a technician be sent to my home to evaluate repair or arrange for a replacement tv. Both resisted that request and have apparently ignored it. $2000.00 is a lot of money to spend for a tv with a problem.

We have had this tv for around a month. Shortly after we noticed an echo in the idiot. It doesnt do it all the time but often enough to be really annoying. Ive contacted customer service twice - that too was very annoying. Both times the persons English was not understandable. Both ran remote tests but no solution. I asked both to send a technician to my home to evaluate the problem and repair it or replace the tv. $2000.00 for a tv with a problem is not what I expect.

I love the TV. After figuring out the setting to get it working with my AMD video card at 120fps... its been amazing for gaming and watching movies . Only one thing that bugs me is I keep getting messages about it recording... whats it recording? Where is it sending it? I dont want my information of whats going on in my PC being recorded and possibly leaked to someone else... Now Im wondering if it has a camera in it as well... Just how secure is the TV I wonder... Looking for information but so far havent found it. BUT other than that.. I love the TV. I never have to adjust gamma for dKr scenes anymore. I can see everything clearly. You definately want a second person to set it up safely. I struggled to get it up myself due to its shear size. The weight isnt too much.. but its so larges its hard to handle at its weight. I was afraid I might damage the screen trying to man handle it by myself.. So make sure you get help.
