Good Dryer after repair done after two days

I am very happy with the dryer but adfter lt was delivered it was discovered there was a huge dent in the back side after two days of using the dryer and it was not heating. I had to call LG out for a repair and the tech is whom noticed the dent. She indicated it probably dented after falling from a crate. She was able to fix and aid it wine cause any ongoing issues. Because I purchased from Home Depot and I was delivered on a Thursday I didnt notice until the tech did do couldnt report the issue since it was after the 48 hour window. The tech did not arrive until a Monday.

I purchased this signature dryer in September with the signature washer and sidekick. Youre obviously employee with LG so theres no need to tell you how much I spent. Along with treating myself to a deluxe washer and dryer Ive also purchased a refrigerator stove microwave dishwasher 83 inch OLED TV and surround sound systems all LG brand Youre welcome by the way. I recently had service on the dryer which was a bad igniter and Im a little bit disgusted at The fact that this dryer was only used approximately three times before I noticed something was wrong. Im in single man with no kids and typically when I do laundry my clothes sit in the dryer until Im ready to use them but this time I was getting ready for a Family sleepover and needed to wash a load of washcloths Thats what I noticed soon as the dryer notified me on my phone that my cycle was complete I went to get them and they were still cold And damp. So naturally I thought I did something wrong may have used the wrong setting so I manually put them on for 60 minutes at high temp and after that cycle my clothes were still cold and a little damp. I contacted Home Depot because I purchased an extended warranty but was redirected to LG because it was still under the manufacturers warranty after the runaround with LG. I found out later that because I have a signature model that its a completely different departmentso after a day two of communicating with a text message Ive scheduled an appointment and the dryer has been fixed. I do understand the dryer is a piece of mechanical equipment. Its not built to run forever but after three uses a breakdown. I am extremely skeptical and all of my other appliances with an LG name tag and Ive made a decision not to use this brand in my business of flipping/remodeling homes.

Love this washer and dryer set. I wish I had this earlier. Its so much easier than my last LG set. With the notifications it lets us know when its done to avoid wrinkling clothes. All around very pleased.

It does a super job on everything. It often completes much sooner than the amount of time it displays because the sensors work so well. This is a great dryer. I highly recommend it. My clothes are ready to wear when they come out of this dryer. I cant praise it enough.

Fantastic high capacity dryer

Ive had this dryer for about a week. Ive probably done about 20 loads of laundry so far and I can say that it is a fantastic high capacity dryer. I love that I can dry even my large queen size duvets in it and they actually get dry. It struggled a bit with the king sized duvet - but I dont know of a residential dryer that can handle king duvets. Anyway I highly recommend this dryer.

LG IS PHENOMENAL DELIVERY AND SETUP A NIGHTMARE

We bought the top-of-the-line LG Signature Dryer and Waher with the Pedestals. They are beyond everything weve ever owned before. The place I purchased it from was AJ Madison. Their delivery company is called AM Best. Well it took about a month for us to get things straightened out. We had a Natural Gas Leak and a Washing Machine that was hanging off the Pedestal. We also had a brand new one-week-old house exhaust for the Dryer mangled and they tried to use Duck Tape instead of Aluminum Tape to hide the mess they made. It was a disaster. Once LG Concierge stepped in and directed the proper person to our home he had us cured in a few hours. We are an LG Family. That almost ended here except the people at LG stepped in and save the day. We are grateful for each one of them.
