I bought it little bit more than a month ago and so far satisfied. Cooling really well also I like auto mode so it stops when temperature reached your desired setting. It is not very quiet as I would like but the noise is not worse than the other units I have.

My experience has been fantastic with LG PRODUCTS so when my air conditioner recently failed...I did not hesitate to replace with an LG air conditioner... So far so good Im hoping this product lasts at least as long as my LG TV has 14+ years

My first LG product 6/18/2022

I bought this wall ac unit July summer 2021. It word really well for about 6 weeks. I went to turn it on for this summer the cooling and dehumidifier are completely dead. It just blows hot air into my home. It is still under warranty but LG is making it extremely difficult to get the unit replaced or repaired. They have terrible customers serve whom says they will call you back in 2-3 days but they never do. I would love to get my money back. I have been working with much difficulty with LG on this for over 4 weeks now. Zero stars

Cools the entire 2nd floor

We have two 15x15 bedrooms. The air conditioner is in one and when we put a fan in the hall to blow it into the other one in an hour and a half it cools it down beautifully. Works like a charm

I bought this nine days ago. Today was the first day to use it. Im happy with it. I like that its an energy star. I hope to have it for several years to come. I had a white westinghouse for 23 years went out the last couple of hot days that we had. I love that it has a remote control.
