This dishwasher is perfect! Trays have adjustable components to accommodate lots of variations and it's so quiet that I had to let the family know it was running because they could not hear it from the next room. And, the Tuscan Stainless goes will with the color scheme of the kitchen.

I love the Tuscan stainless. It's easy to clean and fingerprints are almost non-existent. Oh, and my dishes are very clean. I have had no issues at all in the six months I have been using it. It's very quiet. Most of the time I don't even hear it running. Just a great dishwasher overall.

I bought this as a set. The linear wash feature gets my dishes so clean it's almost hard to believe if I didn't see it with my own eyes. Great dishwasher! Highly recommend. Also the racks adjust accordingly up and down if you have larger items to wash.

This is an excellent cleaning dishwasher. The "linear wash" feature appears to work just fine. I wasn't sure if it was an innovation or a gimmick, and honestly I still don't know. But it does work at least as good as a normal spinning arm. Everything comes out clean and spotless. The feature where the dishwasher opens after finishing the cycle does appear to help with eliminating damp dishes.
The best feature of this dishwasher (besides the appearance) is it is very, very quiet. I have had Bosch, Asko, and Kitchen Aid dishwasher and thought they were all nice and quiet. But this one is virtually silent. Even on the drain cycle it is super quiet. The only noise is sometimes it makes a random hissing noise from the vents at the top, I'm not sure why. It may have something to do with how I have loaded the dishwasher.
My one ding on this dishwasher is the tines that separate the dishes aren't the strongest or the best layout. The tines themselves bend fairly easily or they come out of the plastic locks that hold them in place. Compared to Asko dishwashers which use very strong metal tines, these are much more flimsy. But even compared to Kitchen Aid or Bosch they also appear to be weaker and not as well laid out for holding different size glasses and plates.
I bought this dishwasher in the Fingerprint Resistant Tuscan Stainless Steel to match my existing Tuscan Stainless oven and fridge. I should mention that there is a very small difference (barely perceptible) between the normal Tuscan Stainless and the Fingerprint Resistance Tuscan Stainless. I think the fingerprint resistant finish is great for keeping a clean look, but is slightly more muted in color.

needed a new dishwasher and i love Samsung products. I'm a little disappointed as the parts seem to be cheaply made. Several of the plastic parts have come off as well as the rinse bar on the bottom. had to have a tech come and put it back on. I like the fact that it plays a tune when done and i can check it on line as it is WIFI capable. Doesn't always clean as well as i would like.

One of the best features is how quiet it is while running. The door opens a little at the end of the cycle to allow steak to escape and dry thoroughly. I haven't had the chance to use every feature, but it also connects to the SmartThings app so you know when it is done washing. Because the buttons are placed at the top you have to select the cycle and start it then shut the door.

I have to hand wash large dishes because the swirly water jets hit the top of the dishes. This didn't happen on old dishwasher. But it is very very quiet. I think we, regrettably, picked this because of the Tuscan color. Poor decision on our end. But it does look good.

I bought this dishwasher five months ago and I love the color and how quiet it runs and it also has a Wi-Fi feature that I am unable to get to work I have I tried several times. Have the same wifi issue on my other Samsung appliances as well . I just wish you didn't have to push the start button on top every time you open the door, other than that I love it the reason I only gave 4 stars is I can't use all the features offered (wifi)

We redid our kitchen and I love the Tuscan Bronze finish! I was nervous about a Samsung dishwasher since I have had a Bosch for so long but it is just as good! I have not had any issues whatsoever with my dishes not coming out clean!

I recently purchased this dishwasher. I was a little hesitant about the color but decided to go for it. The color looks great with my new off-white cabinets. The dishwasher itself cleans very well. It has plenty of features and options. I have to get use to the door popping open when drying. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

We redid our kitchen and bought the whole Samsung Tuscan appliances. I love each one of them. Dishwasher love the top rack and it's so quiet. Stove love the air fry option and the fact I can turn on and off with the wifi connect. Fridge gotta say I love the family hub. Lastly the microwave it's roomy looks nice works well.

this dishwasher never cleaned the dishes as well as $250 kenmore dishwashers. it left a residue from day one, and i was mindful to read the manual and follow the recommendations of soap and placement of the dishes in the washer. i worked for months to try to debug this unit. the icing on the cake was after a while, a 4c (water feed problem) began to occur sporadically with no rhyme or reason. when i posted a negative review on costco, they intercepted it, and wanted to send a service person during the peak of the pandemic here in az. samsung does not have a service center here in the phoenix area (amazing) and wanted to send someone from a company that has a 1.5 star yelp review. i would recommend that people stay away from this unit. it is astounding to me that it gets good reviews.

Of course this unit has all the technical design features you would expect from Samsung. You can wash or hold your dishes anyway you desire. The connectivity feature let you know the status of your appliance even if you are not home. I especially like the countdown feature that magically appears on the face of the dishwasher, when it is operating.

in 2018, we remodeled our kitchen/laundry. we bought all samsung appliances. we were pleased with the features, but the quality, warranty, and repair process has been horrible. within 6 months, our dishwasher broke. after multiple expense appointments, samsung said the tub cracked, they blamed the retailer, and the retailer accused samsung. no one helped us, and we had to purchase a new one. next, our wash machine stopped working and the quote to fix it cost more than a new one. again, bought a new one. on christmas eve 2020, our oven wouldn't heat. it took a week to have our 1st appointment. it's jan. 28, and we're on our 4th appointment, and it's still broken. 1/23/21 our refrigerator/freezer completely stopped working – still waiting for an appointment. don't purchase samsung.

have had two repairs made and two replacement dishwashers within less than a year. samsung refuses to pay for the replacements to be re-installed even though the issues are clearly due a manufacturer's defect. first set of issues was due to water leaking out the front door (with both the initial dishwasher and its replacement). then on christmas day it randomly died mid cycle, less than two months after the second replacement dishwasher was professionally installed. but when it actually works, it is whisper quiet and does a great job at cleaning and drying the dishes. if only it didn't need to be worked on every 2-4 months it would be an amazing appliance...

we started to get error codes, all related to drainage, after about 1 week of use. on two occasions the dishwasher emptied its contents onto the floor.
the samsung engineer due to fix it never made contact despite us chasing them. so we arranged for a replacement.
we have had the replacement for 2 weeks. we have started getting error codes and again the dishwasher dumped its contents onto the floor. twice.
a little research shows i'm not the only one to experience these problems. it'll be replaced by dishwasher from another manufacturer.

i ordered a linear dishwasher of samsung on 11/24 and it was delivered to my place on 12/18. i find a corner of door of dishwasher is beaten up and the package is intact, which makes me wonder how samsung does the quality control to ship a clear defective product to their customer.

i love the looks of this dishwasher. but sadly out of the entire package i purchased for the kitchen, this is the worst performing product. very happy with the fridge, microwave, washer and drier.
most of the time the bottom rack is dirty and so are some of the dishes on the top rack. i had home service twice and they didn't find any issues. changing cleaning solution doesn't help, checking for the spinner inside doesn't help. unfortunately i am stuck with this washer because of the color.

The dishwasher is so quiet the only time we hear it is when the water drains through the garbage disposal. The auto-venting feature is by far my favorite. The dishes are all virtually dry immediately after the cycle. I have found that the power zones are required for pots and pans regardless of how dirty they are.
The only downside I've found so far is that you cannot _completely_ silence the chimes. There is a three-chime ping when the cycle is complete and the 10 minute vent cycle is about to begin. Its pretty quiet and not a deal-breaker, but that is the only sound you hear and prevents truly silent operation when running overnight.

we bought this dishwasher from bestbuy 2 months ago, after the first couple of weeks of using it we start to get a lc ( water leak) code and the dish washer would stop working, since that first time, samsung has sent 5 diffrent guys out 5 diffrent times to fix the same problem, the water leak. and tonight, 1 day after the last samsung repair guy was just here to fix the water leak, it starts leaking water again. i have tired contacting samsung and just got tossed around from department to department, no one could help me. i was trying to get a refund or replacment. the repair guys are incompetent of thier work and samsung has terible customer service. i dont ever leave reviews but i feel so helpless in my situation. i have not been more unsatisfied with a product before in my life.

Much time was taken prior to purchasing our appliance suite. Had the customer service prior to purchase been anywhere close to good I would have given 5 stars because it has met or exceeded our expectataions for performance and value at the 6 month mark of in service after purchase and setup. the functions are fine but the "holds all these dishes" marketing would have been fine for my grandmother and once a year at my house when I pull out the china for a formal meal. Had the loading of the dishwasher been done in today's kitchens more thought would have gone into chunky serving dishes and oversized silicon gadgets and such. Loading has become an act of defiance where I refuse to handwash half the dishes because they just don't fit our usage of daily serving and preparation items. The incredible cleaning capabilities make me smile until the rinse residue clouds my vision of perfection. Speaking of clouding my vision... why leave the operating panel in the dark.... my next dishwasher will be chosen after I successfully select cycles in the dark or limited lighting. For now when I turn it on prior to retiring to bed.. I use a flashlight (i know i am not the only mom in the world that runs dishwasher as the very last thing to do and do not turn the kitchen light on to see it because my eyes are heavy and a bright light would guarantee a sleepless night after coming to fully awake) Do buy if having an open floor plan means you cannot hear the tv over the dishwasher. you CANNOT hear this appliance once you hit START.
