Awful design, unit falls out of book cover

Who designed this book cover? Most certainly no one that would ever use it. The unit falls out of the cover when you open it, the insufficient tabs to hold the unit fail, love the S2 but this book cover is not usable and useless

This is a nice protective cover for the S2, but when used in one of the viewing positions, is very susceptible to falling back flat, especilly when typing or swiping. I have the Samsung cover for the older Tab S, and that cover is far superior.

Tablet fits nicely into the cover and looks good, however it is impossible to attach the tablet to the cover. Very disappointed.

I must say, I really love the quility of the build of this Tab S2 Keyboard Cover by Samsung. The look and feel of the keyboard is high quility. The trackpad can be used just like one uses a trackpad on a full size notebook PC. The but, the track pad, I fould that when I type, I sometimes toutch the trackpad accidentally while typing and the curser disapers off the screen. But, the trackpad and be very easly shut off with a simple press of the "F10" key, to turn it on again just press the "F10" again. The keyboard as all the functions as if one were just using the toutch screen. F2 key brings up all the running and opened apps, F1 key is your home button it will bring the user to it's main home screen, F5 and 6 dims and brightens the display, F7 mutes sound, F8 and 9 volume down and up. F12 is for Blluetooth, theres a button for S Finder, Tab, Caps lock/unlock, shift, Ctrl, Alt buttos, page up/down, left/right buttons, Fn and Lang buttons. A button to bring up the screen's keyboard.
The only thing I have to say about this keyboard cover, I just really wish Samsung would have put a backlight for the keyboard, so if one is typing in the dark, the user can see the keys easier. I really don't need a backlight because I know how to type, I know how to find the homerow keys if I find my fingers getting lost on the keyboard and I know the placement of all letters, numbers and puncuation buttons are. But, just as an added convience it would have been helpful feature. But maybe, next time Samsung will add a backlight so the keys would have a glow to them with a way to turn the glow or backlight on and off and a light sensor, so the glow or light will be on auto.

I really like this cover. I chose the s2 for its size. I love that it is so thin yet so powerful. This case adds virtually no bulk. It is strong, elegant and simple. The magnets are strong and keep the tablet in position without slipping. The snap in feature is great and adds ample security. I am not worried about my tablet falling out of the case. The case also has a very comfortable texture to it. A rubbery feel but very sturdy.

Perfect fit, great materials - this looks like it will last. I tried the less expensive covers, and they were really cheap.
The only thing I would add would be a convenient way to hold it while using the tablet as a book reader - perhaps a strap on the back.

This cover is made for the Tab S2 with the two buttons that click into the tablet. not sure why you would want to use any other case. The different positions that it will sit in are great. My only problem is that the magnets grab the the steel holder on my night stand.

Good case, does not come with a screen protector (that's an added cost) and the keyboard can become dislodged from the case if you are not careful or if you are too rough. In other words it is not designed for rugged or field use

This book cover fits like a glove. Place on a flat surface to snap the cover to the tablet. I placed a piece of paper on the counter top, put the tablet screen side down on the paper, placed the cover over the holes on the back of the tablet, and pressed with thumb directly over the holes to snap into place. It's a little tricky. Just make sure the holes are lined up with the cover and the tablet is on a solid base (not a rug or other bendable surface). Its great with the 3 position adjustment. Good protection for the tablet.

If you have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7, this bookcover is a must have. I have owned genuine Samsung bookcovers for all of my Galaxy Tabs and just enjoy how well they are made and how well they protect your tab. I wouldn't use anything else.
