Can't attach the cover to my tablet

I bought this Keyboard cover when I purchased the Galaxy S2 Tab and I can not get the tablet to attach to the keyboard cover. Therefore it slides out of the cover. I am not very happy and I am totally bummed.

Broke my tablet

I am extremely upset with this product. It was a pain to attach and it broke my screen. I actively made sure I wasn't pushing too hard, but when it finally attached, my screen was broken in the left hand corner. I am literally sick to my stomach. The keyboard is now working great, but not worth the damage it caused. Samsung I am thoroughly disapointed in your ability to make a cover connect to a tablet. C'mon!

Weak protection and bad design

I certainly would not recommend this case to a friend. Picture taking is inconvenient with the case because of the design you are forced to hold the case close while keeping the device steady in order to take good pictures but it proves much easier to merely remove the whole case. The case provides very little protection and I can see small scratches and scuffs on the sides from lowering my device and from the few times I've dropped the tablet from small heights (2'). Previously, I was a proud owner of a Galaxy Tab 3 and the case which was not from Samsung provided a much more comfortable use and kept my tablet from damage for over 3 years.

The keyboard and case are made for the S2, so it fits and works very well. The Tab S2 is so thin that I was afraid of breaking it until I purchased this case and keyboard.
Works well and sync'd easily. Key's are spaced pretty close so the typing feel is a little cramped, but one can't really get any better with a tablet keyboard.

Unfortunately, you can't use it without a mouse. You are not able to scroll via the mouse pad. This is ridiculous!

I have had the S2 Tab since October after trading in the iPad Air2. The only keyboard I could get immediately at the time was this keyboard. Features are fine, key placement is very functional but two major problems: Battery life is nowhere near 16 days on the keyboard AND once the keyboard has run out of battery, it has to be reconnected via bluetooth in order to work with the tab, which it does not do by simply asking it to 'connect'. Plugging in the keyboard with the charger and trying to re-connect does not work; Most of the time I have to actually un-pair the keyboard and re-pair it in order to use the keyboard again for data input. VERY clunky and inconvenient. Also the touchpad feature is very sensitive. Finally had to turn it off in order to use the word processing software efficiently. The case is very durable, slim and easy to use but the keyboard connection issue seems unnecessary.

My biggest pet peeve is that the magnets in the keyboard turn the display off when you fold the case behind the tablet with the keyboard still attached. This seems like a significant design flaw.
After about a month of use, my keyboard no longer worked with my tablet. To attempt a fix, I removed the keyboard from my Bluetooth profile on the tablet, but when I tried to reconnect, the tablet reported something like, "Unable to communicate with the keyboard".
After a few frustrating days, I finally read the manual. It states that you need to clear the keyboard's memory of previously attached devices by pressing F11 for 3 seconds. I did that, and then I was able to connect again.
Overall, I was disappointed with the purchase, primarily because I could not fold the case behind the tablet without turning the device off. Because of that, I reverted back to my old case; however, I do still use the keyboard, just without the case it came with. Now I carry both the tablet and the keyboard separately.

Very good keyboard, if you learn how to deal with its quirks

Love that Ctrl-A, S, X, C and V and Alt-Tab work like windows computer keyboards.
Quirk #1 - Keyboard sometimes loses connection with the tablet when the tablet has been in sleep mode for a while. You have to turn off bluetooth on the tablet for a few seconds and then turn it back on to get the keyboard to connect again.
Quirk #2 - Keyboard cover turns off the tablet when you wrap it around the back to just read. A solution I finally figured out is to remove the keyboard (which is easy to do since the keyboard is held to the cover by magnets) and then fold the cover around the back. It's much easier to lift off th keyboard from the cover (lift off) than it is to remove the tablet (snapping off is more difficult)
Quirk #3 - Hard to know how much battery the keyboard has remaining. Figured out that by holding down the Ctrl key down for 3 seconds will cause the light on the upper right of the keyboard to flash 3 times in a color of green, yellow or red, depending on how much charge is remaining. I charge it every few weeks and it has never gone below green (over 60%). I imagine it might last up to a month or two of light usage on a single charge. It uses the same charger connection as the tablet.

Nice looking cover/keyboard. When it does work, it works well. The track pad is a nice feature. That's where the good ends. Design flaw causing the screen to turn off and lock when you flip the cover all the way back to use the tablet. Blue tooth connection drops frequently and now keyboard and tablet will not connect. I will be returning this keyboard for a refund.

Bought this together with the S2 9.7 inch tablet. It was not backlit but I liked that it had a touch pad. However in actual usage, the touch pad wasn't that responsive. The whole keyboard stopped connecting to the tablet after a few days. It visible when you scan for Bluetooth devices but the keyboard keeps rejecting any connection. The led keeps flashing red, blue and green continuously. The batteries were fully charged so it was not a battery problem. Very disappointed especially given the high price.

No charger included, not even specs for what the charger should be...

Really... you are selling a product that is battery operated and whose instructions start with "charge the product"... but you don't include a charger with it, or even the specs for what the charger should provide... fail!

Doesn't snap

I'm irritated with this product because my Tab S2 will not snap into place. The directions are as simple as "align and connect." I've been trying to align the push tabs for an embarrassing amount of time, thinking my difficulty was an operator error. I've had no luck. Honestly, for the price I paid it should not be this difficult. Technically, it works well. The keyboard types. Hurrah! But my tablet isn't protected or secure. Is there some magic trick I'm missing? What incantation do I need to say? Do the Samsung gods demand a sacrifice? I'm at a loss.
