The pen is broken

unfortunately the mouth of the pen is broken just after about 2 months of use. i'm not impressed. when writing with a broken pen it feels like the ink is finished and i have to rewrite multiple time.

i love this pen but the bib has worn down within one month! would love if samsung could make a pen with durability. please send us new nibs! i don't want to buy a whole new pen every month!!!

In the last 3 months i've changed the nib 3 times! Today the pen has turned yellow. I don't know if it is safe to use the pen. It looks like some sort of chemical reaction is going on. why?

within 1 month of use the nib split open. i paid 1200 for s7+ no spare nibs. i had extended care so i gave them a call. the lady told me to send pictures. once i did she responded back saying that this was wear and tear. just 1 month of mild use, i don't think that's wear and tear, instead bad quality. i asked if i can buy the nibs, she said no, i would have to purchase the spen. i was very disappointed. i went to the samsung store and only thing he did was switch my nib from one of the note spens in the store. the nib just does not feel the same and has been giving issues since. i am a big advocate of samsung, the tablet is amazing but this left a sour taste in my mouth. i would wish if samsung took responsibility of their products and replace my spen or nib.

great pen but the nibs wear down superfast! i can't find a replacement anywhere.
i doubt every time i need a new nib samsung will replace the whole pen for free so please start making replacement nibs!

hello, i am so disappointed with the customer service on the s pen. i use the s7 tablet a lot to take notes and wear away the nib on it and i can't find anywhere to purchase new nibs, when i called customer service they have to issue me a completely new s pen and i can't use the old pen anymore, i would love to just replace the nib than the whole s pen. once my warenty is over ill have to pay $60 per pen instead of buying a cheaper nib. not cool.

so my toddlers broke the tip of my s pen and i was searching for a while to look for the original site to order the same exact s pen. so finally got it delivered and i love it! it's the same as my first pen!
