sound quality good, structure not so good

i've had 2 pairs of these headphones and they are both breaking in the exact same place. first, the latching mechanism for the folding of the headphones breaks, and that for some reason causes creases right above the slider to adjust size, which can lead to the plastic snapping, breaking the headphones.

DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES. Let me tell you a little story. In April 2017, I bought these headphones to use at work because we have an open office space. They worked great and were very pretty. I "babied" these things. They never left my desk and were only used a few times a week. In November 2018, I reached for my headphones at work one day and the headband SNAPPED, rendering the headphones useless. I was shocked. Upon further inspection, I noticed the exact same spot on the other side of the headband was showing signs of weakness. I believe this is a design flaw and should be covered under warranty. I contacted Samsung and sent them the headphones to be inspected. They returned them to me and stated the one year warranty had expired. DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES. Huge waste of money and huge disappointment. I will never buy a Samsung product again.

Good headphones with great sound at decent price

I really liked these headphones for the year that they lasted. Overall great sound, good noise cancellation, and comfortable to wear. But they materials were cheap. The plastic headband broke and if I was walking quickly with them on I could hear some rattling. But you get what you pay for huh. I would recommend if you wanted some good sounding headphones without the hefty price tag, but be warned that they are not very durable.

I like the features of these headphones. They have great audio and noise cancelling and work very well with my Galaxy S7. My complaint is with the quality of the product. I have only owned my pair a few months and already the headband is falling apart after light use. I didn't expect this from a higher end headphone.

they broke after a year I expected better. Really poor quality. The plastic headband broke just from using them. I did not drop them or anything. I was just wearing them and they broke. The warranty only lasts a year and does not cover physical damage like what I experienced. So samsung was not help. And for some reason Samsung keeps removing my review of these headphones.

Well I searched a lot for those headphones. I really enjoy them. ANC is really great makes a big difference. Comfortable to use. However sometimes I fell that they will fall. They should have been a little bit tighter. Also there is some weird noise coming from the earphones when the ANC is on and I am moving. Like there is something broken inside from the side I'm controlling the music.

The sound of the headphones are amazing. But the quality of the material used to make the headphones are terrible. The material pulls away from the headband and the headband cracks. These headphones are not built to last. Only buy these if you have money to throw away.

Ear headphones are great but headband is very bad

These headphones sound great but the ear cups are too heavy for the head band to hold . They are not structured to hold the weight. First the cushion comes off then hairline cracks above the ear cups get bigger till they break ,but the sound is great.

This headset rocks! If you own one of the new iconic devices, Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6, or Galaxy S7/S7 Edge, you will enjoy the UHD audio up-scaling. Just download the music to the device and listen offline, on the plane, wherever without worrying about buffering while streaming. I am definitely wearing these when I watch Netflix on my Samsung Galaxy VR!

I have been testing wireless headphones for a while, trying to decide between various different manufacturers. However for the features vs. performance I couldn't justify the purchase. Enter the Samsung Level on en920 wireless, with anc, touch controls on the right ear, Bluetooth 4 .1 and more than ten hours of battery with continuous use, all for a price that is literally half the cost and twice the value. The noise cancellation is the most impressive I have experienced. I can tune out the noise and isolate just the music when I enable noise cancelation. And the headset supports uhqa. Impressive overall

I decided to get these headphones because of the ultra high quality sound over Bluetooth. It did not disappoint. I put these headphones on every chance that I get. Once you put them on the over ear design blocks out all other sounds. You forget where you are at for a moment when you are watching a video or listening to a song. The touch pad features on the right side (vol up, vol down, skip track) are very convenient. I use them all the time. If you are a music lover, you might want to switch to the 3 mm cable for a louder sound. If it just a streaming video, the Bluetooth is plenty good.
