I purchased this soundbar around 3 months ago and it is great size and quality. It works above what you would expect for the price. I'm not happy that I have to return it but I will be returning it today because of the issues with the Bluetooth. The Bluetooth connection is not secure, meaning anyone within distance can connect to your device. Other sound bars allow you to PIN protect the Bluetooth connection but Samsung does not. A sleeping newborn plus a neighbor accidentally connecting to the soundbar to play his rock music does not make for a good situation. After 3-4 random connections over the past two days and the inability to lock down the device, we have no choice but to exchange for the ability to password protect the connection. I hope Samsung is able to fix this going forward.

I've had to have a replacement warranty which was extremely frustrating I kept on turning off by itself so it was a wire or the power strip it was neither is it effective device after many attempts they finally replaced it under warranty / too much like work

I've had this bad boy for about 2 years, but only turned one once or twice. This junky soundbar is the worst thing I've ever spent my money on. It is the worst!!

i just bought this and its awful , Using the bluetooth setting that has to be set up every time the TV is switched on and the sound is OK using netflix , youtube etc but when using my freesat box the volume is low and sound poor.

So get home with this beautiful sound bar and sub system to find out that it doesn't come with the 3V lithium battery to use the remote which you need to set the thing up, it is common decency to at least let people know they need batteries, i mean the manual doesn't even mention what size the battery is....so am now returning the wrong sized battery that I had to purchase to set up your system after I made it home with the package guessing I didn't need one because your box didn't have a simple "batteries not included" I know it's not 100% needed but it's been a thing since.well basically since batteries.thanks Samsung will leave a proper review if I ever manage to find the right sized battery to get this thing set up.

The soundbar greatly exceeded my expectations. Easy to setup and the sound was clean and in sync with the TV without adjustment. I paired the wireless subwoofer easily. I had been concerned if the TV would power on the soundbar, and in fact that is how it works. I paired my iPhone and iPad to the soundbar with little effort. A nice feature would be auto-switching to the current incoming source i.e. digital in, Bluetooth, audio cable instead of using the remote to switch source. The soundbar is attractive and a great value. I have a Samsung 60 inch wall mounted TV.

This system fills our 16x20 room with no issues. Sub sits behind sofa, out of site, out of mind. Great sound, clarity with no distortion. Even when used for music only, it handles everything with ease.
Connected to my Samsung tv via digital sound cable.
My only draw back is that the sound system will turn on with my DirectTv remote, but will not turn off. So original remote has to stay handy

The sound bar is not fancy. But it does the trick. There is a difference between the TV sound & the Sound Bar sound. There is an appreciable difference that I would recommend investing in if sound quality is a factor in your listening pleasure.

I guess you would consider this an entry level soundbar and sub woofer, but we were impressed. We have a large living room with vaulted ceilings and it sounds great. No issues with start up or connecting and it adds a new level to movie watching.

This sound bar and wireless sub-woofer are a great value. I wanted something that would be small and deliver good quality sound for my flat screen TV without breaking the bank. This definitely fits the bill. Easy to set up and install. Good mounting hardware included for wall mount. The only issue I had was with the optical cable provided. I didn't realize that the ends of the optical cable had small caps which had to be removed before the cable would work properly. The instruction booklet does not explain this. Once removed everything worked without any issue. Great sound quality for a small unit. Plenty of power to fill my living room. Overall a great value.

The unit was very easy to setup. I connected this to my Samsung 55" via Bluetooth with no problem. I loved my TV but was unhappy with the sound quality. I bought this sound bar to help but it doesn't seemed to be as clear of sound as I expected.

overall the unit is nicely designed and works seamlessly with my Samsung TV, the only thing that could be improved is the sub woofer, does not produce the sound I am used to with such a device. it needs to be at high volume for it to come through and feel like real bass.

Nice slim soundbar under the TV I don't even notice it. Doesn't put out massive sound, but I don't really need the windows to rattle. Syncs up with my Samsung TV really well, one control for volume on both devices. Would by again.

I have a 2015 40" Samsung SMART TV and was excited to think that I was going to be able to connect the TV to the Samsung K360 Sound Bar wirelessly. But my TV does not have Sound Connect. I was able to connect using the optical cable (which is too short for my installation), but Samsung should have a list of TVs that are "Sound Connect" capable. I have looked all over and can't find such a list.

I used to have a 5.1 system set up but decided it was a little over the top to have all those speakers in my living room. The k360 seemed like a good alternative at an affordable price. The sound is very clear and is quite loud. It's not the same as full surround but I'm a pretty happy with the output. The subwoofer really makes a difference (and it's wireless). I would definitely recommend this product for those that aren't seeking to spend big money to have great sound.

The K360 soundbar sounds great. The pricetag is nice. Especially for the sound quality you get out of it. Really good bass and clear sounds. The virtual surround is nice too. If youre sitting directly in front of it, you can get some real nice surround sounds. Small/sleek remote and easy to use and navigate through the menu. Overall great product for a great price.

After reading glowing reviews, I decided to try this soundbar myself with my brand new Samsung 40" TV.
1.) The instructions talk about how most Samsung TV's manufactured after 2012 have SoundConnect. If you search Samsung TV's for the word SoundConnect, you'll come up empty. Only Samsung speakers support SoundConnect, which is really odd. My 2016 Samsung TV apparently does not support it, as it did not behave as the instructions indicated it should. Since Samsung doesn't advertise this on their TV's, I don't know how you're supposed to know whether your TV supports it or not. Even the high-end TV's don't list this support.
2.) The optical input on the soundbar does NOT WORK with the optical cable provided. You have to tape it on to get it to stay. The optical cable works fine with the Samsung TV, but not with the Samsung soundbar that it came with. Any slight vibration and I have to go start wiggling it again to stay in.
3.) The Auto-On function (turn the sound bar on when activity is detected on D.IN) does not also have a corresponding Auto-Off function. So the display is always on, unless you also use the soundbar remote JUST TO TURN IT OFF. That sucks.

The balance between bar and subwoffer is great. The Bluetooth to phone is a nice touch. Samsung is always my go to brand. Not overpowering. Just an excellent audio enhancement and great value for the price.

This soundbar with the sub woofer sounds almost as good as my dedicated 5.1 system. The dialogue is mow intelligible and music really rocks. This was definitely an upgrade for the TV speakers. Highly recommended.

I do not regret the purchase. I love the sleek design, it is lightweight, and sounds great...makes movie-time more enjoyable. I just do not like that you can only use it with the remote. One day we had trouble finding it and could not adjust the volume. Overall...extremely happy! <3
