i bought this during the samsung sale. i didn't expect it to be that good. but since the day,i have received it and using it, this tablet keeps surprising me. it's smooth and does all the work that i want it to do. i love this tab.

i have had 2 other galaxy tablets before this one and this one is the best. i love the big screen. the best part is that the battery last much longer than any of the other tablets that i've had. sometimes i don't have to charge it for 2 days, others i have to charge every day.

I really like this tablet. However, the free case as part of the purchase was not the quality I expected, and so I ordered a preferred one from Amazon. As for the tablet, I like it's performance and especially the 128 capacity of space, plus the ability to add more space with an sd card. I prefer purchasing or getting apps from google play and with a google play gift card. Samsung Galaxy store, does not allow that option, and expects you to give your credit card information. That is why I do not give it 5 stars. People should have options for purchasing apps.

I got this tablet to introduce myself to the android system. I have been on iOS since the iPad 1 was released. This is not a replacement for my iPad Air 2, but something that I want to use as a learning tool. So far, I am happy with the purchase, and any complaints I initially had were more because I needed to rewire my own thinking to find the Android method of doing something rather than what I have been used to in iOS. I am not looking to compare this to my iPad, or get into the whole this vs that. I have had the device just short of 24 hours, but am really digging the features, especially considering the price. And as a learning tool and consumption device it is going to work really well. The screen is bright enough to watch movies while on my commute. The colors are sharp and vivid, blacks are black-enough. I have not had it long enough to judge the battery life yet, but I already know it is much better than my 2+ year old iPad (its battery is showing its age now). If the performance and usability continue from this first 24 hours, then I will continue to be happy with the purchase.
