the worst purchase

we bought a tv with much illusion last model good brand a samsung was a total failure first tv damage the screen could not be seen big. several months to come and fix it and now it was on and off and did not turn on again, the bad geek squard warranty service took more than a month waiting for me to solve the problem, the technician does not attend appointments and did not report what is the TV, waiting for the replacement part of the TV to arrive in a month, the technicians came to my house they could not open the TV, after insisting so much now they return a card to me to buy another TV and they returned me less money of my purchase, I had always bought my appliances in best buy florida but the service of tennesse is worst the worst buy super sorry buy best buy and buy that samsung tv
