Very loud clicking sound

the tv display is perfect however there is a very loud clicking sound that comes from behind the tv. i have had samsung come over and repalce every part un the tv however the issue still exist. they are offering a replacement however i am almost certain it will have the same problem. the clicking sound even happens when the tv is off, it is very very annoying. i do suggest a sony tv instead, the quality from the japanese vs the korean brand definitely shows. dissapointed in you samsung for still selling this product even though people have been complaining.

Huge improvements over our previous 2018 model

we previously owned a 2018 model (60") and because we not only watched it a lot in the evenings, but left it on during the day so our dog would have background noise. essentially it was on nearly 20 hours a day for 4 years. this 65" model was to replace that one. we were impressed by the improved screen resolution, thinner panel, lighter weight and the dedicated buttons on the remote were such a great addition. setup was easy and the sync with our wi-fi and all our existing streaming services was smooth. overall very pleased. we would have liked if it was on sale for maybe $100 less, then we would have given 5 stars for perceived value.

Glitch with streaming - possibly resolved

had the tv about a week and like it. however, it buffers all the streaming apps and sometimes drops them entirely. i can stream the same apps on my phone or ipad in the same room without a problem, so it's not my internet connection (which is verizon fios 1gb). samsung saw my review and put me on to their support staff who recommended a cold boot (hold power button till tv goes off and comes on again). this seemed to fix it for now, though i won't know for sure till it works consistently over time. so far so good. will update any changes. pleased with tech support response, though.

great tv, awesome colors, awesome picture. do not plan on using the smart apps that come with the tv. very slow, clunky and frustrating at times. a lot of buffering before it finally starts to play the program. get a roku 4k stick and then you will be very pleased here.

Lacking in some areas

it's a nice enough tv, however, the fact that it only has 3 usb ports is a little disappointing. also, it doesn't have video/audio hook ups for gaming systems such as wii. this means you have to pay more money to get a converter for those. by far the biggest disappointment is that there is no way to download and use the hallmark tv app. even though this is something that i pay for, i cannot use it on this tv. that's extremely disappointing and i would not have purchased this brand had i known that going in. unfortunately, now i have to spend more money to get a firestick to use on my 'smart tv', because it's not smart enough to let me use apps that other tvs do.

I have been spending more time at home during this pandemic, so I changed my old Samsung TV to a Samsung Crystal UHD Smart TV. In the past, I had to connect HDMI to play movies and games, but this smart TV can easily watch movies through phone mirroring, YouTube or Netflix, and also has two HDMI ports, so the hassle of taking it off and taking it off is reduced. The only disappointment is that if I could move the icons I use frequently to the front, I think it would be more convenient to use.

I mainly use the TV for streaming YouTube, Netflix, HBOmax, prime, hulu with an ethernet connection. My favorite thing is the steam link app to mirror my computer and using the smart view app on my s21 ultra to connect and mirror my phone to play videos or view pictures with family. Usually we use the TV for watching movies and TV shows. It will stop its connection to whatever I'm streaming to it very annoying.

Crystal UHD AU8000 65 INCH TV

We love our TV and it has most features we were looking for and entertain the family so well. The video quality is great The audio quality needs a lot of improvement I do which that the music criteria to connect music with the TV when using the ambiant setting shouldn't only be apple music bound it should be open to most type of phones especially Android. Also I wish it get lot and lots of updates because my TV never gets update and that's not great . The like how the remote features made it easy to get to most of subscription like Netflix and the rest. We love the TV and it awesome and it's also affordable I will recommend it . Thanks

Plays 4k like a dream, series x and PS5 look excellent. Love this tv coming from a OLED lg and the picture is brighter and looks great during day and night.

Has really good picture quality for this price. Easy to use and understand features. Remote control is redesigned from previous models so a slight learning curve. Only downside is no Pluto TV app

Amazing Picture

I love my SAMSUNG 65" with the Crystal UHD. The picture quality is fantastic and has such bright and vivid colors. I also spend a little time gaming and I love the low input lag between game mode. I feel the price for this TV was perfect and does everything I need it to do.

Great TV once I became familiar with the tizen os.

Tv has worked great. Love that the remote controls my soundbar (which is a an LG). Remote wasn't synced out of the box, I had to sync by holding buttons under the battery cover. Picture is fantastic. Samsung health app is nice, works together with my Samsung phone and watch.
