this is the second samsung let down. i'm done. 1st was vertical shadow d=banding issue with a tv i paid almost $4k for. now this... i have a robot vacuum that worked great, but now you can't even get a stupid battery! why do you stop making parts needed by customers... i'll tell you why... to make more sales! or so you think. i'll never buy another samsung appliance. the 75inch tv is now junk, the vacuum is junk, my brother says his samsung refrigerator is junk (cools but no ice). no more samsung for our family. no more recomendations from our family. we're done.

are you kidding me samsung? you sell people robotvacs for up to $1000. then you offer no replacement parts. i bought my vac 4 years ago, its been great but now it needs a new battery. of course samsung doesn't offer the battery for sale, just a picture of it. what a joke, good thing my samsung account is all paid up, because i will be closing it. everything other then a phone that i have bought from samsung has had 0 support from them, well good thing i'm an electrical engineer, i'll make my own battery for this thing, but will never, ever buy an appliance from samsung again.

i now have a $400 decorative floor ornament. if your going to sell a product for that price it would be helpful to carry the consumable parts that it requires after only a year or so of use. i own many samsung products but i will never buy anything samsung again due to the horrible reliability, poor customer service and parts availability.
