the r7260 is the best robot vac i've ever owned. but i no longer recommend it to friends and family because you simply can't get the parts. no one sells replacement rollers. this filter is out of stock everywhere except one place that charges $40 for it. for context, i can get a pack of 4 filters, and 8 brushes for my roomba for $30. sad that samsung is not supporting this product line, because they truly are great.

vacuum works really well. however, i am not able to find this replacement filter anywhere. the vacuum is now garbage. i will not be buying samsung again because if they do not support their products, then why should i spend my money on them.

the powerbit. purchased in april '20 works well, however the hepa filter cannot be purchased anywhere. i called samsung support and they referred me to their parts store and ithey do not sell them. it is so frustrating! i have been trying to purchase a hepa fikter since april to no avail. this is unbelievable. i would not recommend this product.

samsung.com refers you to samsungparts.com for parts. i went to that site and put in the part vca-rhf70/xaa they have (0) parts or couldn't even find that #. i have searched internet for hours and can't find this filter anywhere. i not that it is from china but come on. the machine is worthless without the filter. my machine came with one and i need another one. so because of the parts not being available i can not recommend buying this vacuum powerbot. unless you order extra filters at the time of purchase and are guaranteed the extra filters do not buy!!!!!!

Vacuum is great. Have had two different Samsung cell phones and when connecting to vacuum it always says Remotelock. Called customer service 3 times all they say is uninstall app and retry. Keeps saying same thing.

I bought this to help keep up with cleaning up after the four dogs and two cats with their shedding issues. This vacuum is just as loud as an upright, but it vacuums so much better.
