There is still a gap no matter what

I am disappointed with the false advertisement. There is always 1-2 inches of gap no matter what. May be it is due to the weight of the TV which causes it to stay tilt but regardless this shouldn't be mentioned as no gap when there is always a gap. I am happy with the product quality but that's not the purpose of buying the mount. The purpose is to have no gap which clearly didn't meet my expectations. I would not recommend this product and would suggest other customers to shop around for a better mount which can leave less gap after installing the mount.

Does not work for Q70R

I bought it with a new Q70R 75" and its the wrong mount. No indication when I ordered it with a Q series (Q70R) that it would not fit. I mounted it up on the wall then opened the TV and realized it was totally wrong. So it fits all the Q series except this new Q70R...

This is NOT a NO-GAP mount!!!!!!!
Too much gap

So the description of this "NO-GAP wall mount mentions that there may be a gap between the TV and the wall due to wall imperfections, but certainly implies if your wall is perfectly straight and level that there will be no gap between the back of the TV and the wall. THIS IS FALSE!!!! After having the TV and No Gap wall mount installed professionally, there was a very significant 1 1/2' to 2 1/2" gap of the TV from the back surface of the TV and the wall. When this occurred, I called Samsung to see if i was doing anything wrong, and at least the rep was able to physically look at their mounted TVs with this mount and told me that even on their mounted TV's at Samsung, the TV is about an inch from the wall. What is happening I believe is that the mount is really not strong enough for the weight of the TV, and it kind of leans forward from the wall, leaving as I mentioned above a very significant gap especially at the top of the TV. Thus I certainly believe the "NO GAP" description of this product is false and misleading. The photo shows the gap present at the top of the TV. I have ordered another mount from Peerless that uses the VESA holes and only has a gap of 0.19" which I hope should be far less of a gap that Samsungs "NO gap," mount.

Scroll down this page to the section entitled "Compatible Products." Click on it, and you'l see that Samsung lists the 75" Q8FN as compatible. After seeing this, I bought one and installed the mount in advance of the delivery of my new Q8FN.
Only one problem, which I discovered when I unboxed the new TV -- IT'S NOT COMPATIBLE. There is literally no way to attach this mount to that TV.
Making matters worse, when I called this to Samsung CS's attention, the response was, in effect, "yeah, you're right, it's not compatible and the website is wrong . . . too bad for you."
